Product Return and Cancellation Policy - INTERNET earthRight - Solareagle
earthRight-Solareagle wants you to be pleased with your purchases and will
  work with you in good faith to achieve that goal. If a product is damaged in
  shipment or is otherwise delivered to you with a defect, earthRight-Solareagle
  will either refund your money or replace the product. Shipping damage or 
  defects must be reported immediately on receipt of shipment. All packaging
  must be retained for examination by the shipping agent.
Special Sale items and special order items are not returnable. Returns authorized
  by earthRight-Solareagle after 10 days are subject to a re-stocking fee.
If warranty service is required product should be shipped to the nearest
  warranty depot along with proof of purchase. Call earthRight-Solareagle
  to obtain this information if it is not provided in the product documentation.
 
  * Returns of defective or damaged products require a Return Merchandise
  Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA by calling
  1-877-925-2929.
  * Shipping costs are not refundable.
  * Customer agrees to prepay return shipping charges and insure the
  merchandise being returned.
  * items must be returned in new condition, in new undamaged packaging
  *Items being shipped from International locations including USA must
  be shipped following the explicit directions provided otherwise additional
  fees may be required. 
Orders cancelled after credit card charges have been completed will be subject
  to a 2.5% cancellation fee to cover the credit card company discount which
  is not refunded by them.
